
What You’ll Need for Turkey Burgers (3 servings):
- 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean/7% fat)
- 1 Tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt/pepper to taste
- Cranberry Sauce
- Toasted English Muffins
- Mayonnaise or Olive Oil on the English Muffins (if desired)
- Microgreens
What You’ll Need for Cranberry Sauce:
- 12 oz. bag of fresh cranberries
- 3/4 – 1 c sugar
- 1 cup water
- orange zest to taste

What to Do:
- Mix together ground turkey, sage, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and form 3 equal patties.
- Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
- Fry formed patties over medium heat, flipping approximately every 3 minutes. Keep flipping every 3 min until patties are firm, and cooked to 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Serve on toasted English Muffins and optional mayo or olive oil. Top with Homemade Cranberry Sauce and Microgreens.
