MY REAL ESTATE WORLD IN OCTOBER 2025…
I’m happy to share that 1179 Tule Dr, a fully renovated patio home located in The Meadows, a South Meadows gated community, sold to a buyer relocating from out of state. This home went under contract in 19 days and closed escrow in 50 days! Virtual and physical staging were utilities to market the property. Contact me to learn more about staging and other marketing that was implemented to sell this great home!
13475 Evening Song Lane in Fieldcreek, South Reno, sold with the adjacent landscaped .54 acre vacant parcel to the north of the home. The home was perfectly priced to attract buyers who would be enticed to purchase the vacant land in a single transaction. Evening Song was also marketed with virtual and physical staging. As always, professional photography and videography captured the beauty of this property, and custom websites were created to showcase its best features. Contact me to learn more about my cutting-edge marketing approaches.
From our first meeting on the golf course at Wolf Run to negotiating a fantastic deal on their 55+ Regency at Caramella Ranch home at 2277 White Clay Dr, working with my clients was a pleasure from start to finish. They’re thrilled to be joining their best friends, now also their Regency neighbors!
The proud new owner of 4702 Rio Poco Dr, in the Condominiums at Donner Creek, came to me through a referral from one of her best friends. She was thrilled to take possession on October 28 and is already eager to start adding her personal touches to make it truly feel like home in this peaceful community.
